The Mi Smart Band 6 sticks to a classic shape with an innovative large screen and rounded edges, making it comfortable to wear and look at. For the first time using a large-size AMOLED display, you can set the background to a picture of a loved one, a pet, or your favorite work of art, so that every time you lift your wrist your day feels brighter. The app has 60+ built-in band displays specially designed for the full screen, which can be easily seen by raising the wrist.

Blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) is an important physiological parameter of the respiratory cycle of the human body. The Mi Smart Band 6 allows you to stay in tune with your body, letting you measure anytime, anywhere! Monitor your nightly blood oxygen saturation levels and analyze your sleep breathing quality, so that you can keep track of your own sleep quality. The Smart Band accurately records sleep duration, deep sleep, light sleep, and REM sleep based on changes in heart rate, and receives scientific advice to help you develop regular sleeping habits.

The built-in PPG biosensor measures your heart rate, keeping track of ups and downs when exercising and resting. The Stress Monitor keeps track of your stress levels and gives suggestions for easing and recovering from stress. Quickly ease your body and mind with a guided breathing exercise of 1–5 minutes’ duration, following the Inhale pattern. The Female health tracking option monitors the patterns of your cycle, log periods, and tracks ovulation. The Mi Smart Band 6 will vibrate to let you know where you are in your cycle ahead of time, giving you one thing less to worry about.

The Mi Smart Band 6 now features 19 new fitness modes such as HIIT, Basketball, Boxing, and Zumba. Exercise duration, calories burned and heart rate are clearly visible at a glance, making for more efficient exercise. It also automatically recognizes 6 fitness modes: outdoor running, treadmill, rowing machine, elliptical, walking, cycling so that you can focus on fitness.

The 5 ATM water resistance rating means that you can wear the Mi Smart Band 6 in swimming pools or surfing on the beach. When swimming, choose between five different swimming styles for more accurate tracking.
