• Customers have the right to cancel their purchase or return items for a refund within seven business days of receiving the goods.
• The goods must be identified as having been purchased from Geekware, and customers must return them at their own expense, including any additional fees necessary to ensure the package is returned in the same condition as it was received.
• Goods can only be returned after making arrangements with Geekware's physical store.
• Any additional costs incurred by customers to ensure the timely and safe return of any product will not be covered by Geekware.
• Once the goods are returned, Geekware will process a refund within 30 days.
• If the customer plans on purchasing a different item from Geekware, they are recommended to request an online store credit.
• Any delivery or collection costs related to the return of goods will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
• If goods are not returned within seven days of notifying Geekware, they will not issue a refund.
• If the packaging has been opened, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
