Microsoft and NVIDIA recently announced a new partnership that will bring an expansive collection of Xbox games, including "Minecraft" and Activision titles such as "Call of Duty," to the NVIDIA GeForce NOW cloud gaming service. The partnership is set to last for 10 years and will allow gamers to stream Xbox PC games to PCs, macOS, Chromebooks, smartphones, and other devices. This move will provide gamers with more choice and find new ways to expand how people play.

The GeForce NOW cloud gaming service has over 25 million members in over 100 countries. By integrating Xbox PC games into the service, NVIDIA is increasing its gaming library, providing high-performance streaming capabilities for more mainstream gamers at all levels of interest and experience. The partnership will help grow NVIDIA’s catalog of titles to include popular games like Call of Duty and provide developers with more ways to offer streaming games.

This partnership will enable gamers to stream PC games they buy in the Windows Store, including third-party partner titles where the publisher has granted streaming rights to NVIDIA. Xbox PC games currently available in third-party stores like Steam or Epic Games Store will also be able to be streamed through GeForce NOW. With the integration of these titles into the NVIDIA platform, more of the world's most popular games will be available from the cloud with just a click, playable by millions of gamers.

The agreement was announced at a Microsoft press conference in Brussels, Belgium. In addition, Microsoft has also finalized a 10-year agreement to bring the latest version of "Call of Duty" to the Nintendo platform following the merger with Activision. NVIDIA has also pledged to support Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard, thus resolving the concerns that NVIDIA had with the acquisition.

In conclusion, the partnership between Microsoft and NVIDIA brings exciting news for gamers worldwide. The integration of Xbox PC games into the service will provide high-performance streaming capabilities, making cloud gaming a mainstream offering for gamers at all levels of interest and experience. The partnership is a win-win for both companies and will undoubtedly revolutionize the gaming industry
